We have a Quality Analyst team in place to manage resources who do not meet the quality, quantity, or other facility standards of our client. In case any resource is found to be non-performing, incompetent or deemed unsatisfactory by client, we will immediately remove the resource from the project and find a suitable replacement. If the consultant found to be poor performer then we offer the training or certification program to produce the quality services to client.
