History of the company begins with ERP /CRM consulting services and gradually moving in to application development and infrastructure. The main thrust of our services was to help our clients to implement, upgrade and maintain state of the art application packages that help them become more efficient, more competitive in their respective markets, and more effective in their strategic enterprise management. A lot of our work involved functional and technical implementation of large ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) applications such as SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle, E-business Applications, Workflow Solutions, Database Services and CRM Systems Integration. These applications cover everything from finance and accounting, to manufacturing, sales and distribution, Strategic Enterprise Planning, Data Warehouse management and Human Resource management systems.

We remained as a 100% IT consulting form until 2007-2008 time frame. When the market and economic conditions changed in 2009 onwards, our customers brought in the MSP concept in order to reduce cost and still meet the skill and talent needs. There began the new service line for ObjectWin i.e. Professional labor staffing which included IT and other professional labor categories.
Today, ObjectWin’s unique staffing strategies and skill sets have helped several contingent workforce programs in various industries to achieve their goals.
