Shawn Karande, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Karande brings over twenty years of business and technology experience to his role as CEO of ObjectWin. He has many years of experience as a software consultant in analysis, design development, implementation and deployment of enterprise business applications for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to founding ObjectWin Technology, Inc. in 1997, Mr. Karande served as a Senior IT professional in Chase Bank and Continental Airlines. Mr. Karande holds degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
Kal Prasad, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Prasad has over fifteen years of management experience at IT Services companies. Prior to joining ObjectWin in 2000, Mr. Prasad worked in various business development and management positions in the IT Industry. Mr. Prasad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Masters Degree in Business Management.
Uma Chidambaram, Vice President - Business Development
Ms. Chidambaram has over twelve years of sales, marketing and partnership experience within the IT industry. As the architect of the Company's sales and marketing strategies, she manages, drives, and coordinates the sales force, account management team and technical recruiting team. Prior to joining ObjectWin Technology, Inc. in 2003, Ms. Chidambaram held senior sales management positions with multinational companies. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Management.
A. V. Raghuraman, Managing Director, India Operations
With over thirty years of experience in senior level capacities in the public and private sector industries and over ten years of strategic experience in the IT industry, Mr. Raghuraman is in-charge of the Indian operations. Prior to joining ObjectWin in 2005, Mr. Raghuraman headed the global operations of CDS International Ltd, a 100% software export unit.
Hector J. Lopez, Legal Director
Mr. Lopez has several years of experience in immigration and law practices in the US. As the Foreign Counsel & Legal Director of ObjectWin Technology, Inc., he handles most of the company's in-house immigration work and foreign legal matters. Prior to joining ObjectWin Technology, Inc. Mr. Lopez worked for prestigious Law Firms in Houston, where he gained extensive experience in the area of Immigration & Nationality Law.
