Project Management Office

Objective

Enhance project delivery effectiveness, establish metrics to understand the effect of the Project Management (PM) effort, establishment of PM best practices, introduce standards and development of repeatable project processes and procedures.

ObjectWin's Approach

ObjectWin employs a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) staffed with PMI certified (PMP®) project managers.  The ObjectWin PMO reviews all projects to ensure they are managed in accordance to ObjectWin’s PMO charter.  ObjectWin resources will leverage WinPath Methodology as the basis for development of a thorough project plan supported by internal procedures.  In addition, a project ROI will be created and project metrics will be established and measured throughout the life of the project.
 
A PMI certified project manager (PMP®) will monitor all projects and conduct detailed phase reviews  based upon customer defined requirements.
 
ObjectWin deploys a strategy aligned with the PMO Governance to ensure a project is comprehensively managed from initial design through final deployment.  Change management, risk management, project communications and quality assurance are prominently incorporated in the project management efforts to leverage PMI best practices for all project components. 



 
Key Service Offerings:
  • Project Management (PM) services for IT projects related to simple development efforts or complex package implementations.  ObjectWin has combined its PM Office with its WinPath Methodology in the creation of a PMO structure built on best practices, standard process and procedures and certified PM resources.
  • ObjectWin will manage projects, provide PM reviews of internal projects and audits of existing projects to validate compliance to customer PMO process and procedures.  A review of project structure and compliance will be completed and presented to the customer.
  • Project coaching of structured PMO standards and best practices that include a transfer of knowledge to customer PM resources.
  • Designing and monitoring project related metrics to assist in understanding the effects of the PM efforts on a project and organization.
  • Non IT related projects including office moves and asset redistribution.
